The HOKA Arahi 7 is an anti-pronation running shoe for your daily running miles, long endurance training or walks. The lightweight shoe has a low drop and MetaRocker system for a natural push-off. The excellent cushioning and extra support complete this overall picture.

Midsole
The midsole of this shoe consists of light and responsive CMEVA foam that provides a pleasant bounce while running. To generate extra stability, a frame of sturdy EVA foam in the shape of a letter J has been built around it, at the arch of the foot and around the heel. This construction forms the distinction between between models, which often have less flexible and powerful meaning. There is an Ortholite insole in the shoe for even more comfort.

Upper
The Arahi 7 is little affected compared to its predecessor. The most noticeable change is the update of the upper. This now consists of flat-knit mesh material. This adjustment benefits the fit, the limited power and the airflow.

Wear sole
The sole wear is made of durabrasion rubber. This ensures sufficient grip and traction in all weather conditions. Durable rubber has been placed in strategic places on the heel and forefoot to increase the durability of the shoe.
