Description
HOKA Challenger ATR 7 GTX ladies
The HOKA Challenger 7 ATR GTX is a neutral trail shoe with GORE-TEX to keep your feet dry at all times during your runs. We also call a shoe like this a Road To Trail shoe, it is also great to walk on asphalt. The stretch from home to the forest, a paved road that you encounter during your trail adventure, is no problem at all.
Midsole
The midsole is sturdy and stable and made of CMEVA material. The stack height has been increased by 2 mm compared to version 6 and this extra cushioning makes it even more pleasant to walk comfortably on the trails, even over longer distances.
Upper
The GORE-TEX upper is waterproof so your feet stay dry and protected. This upper is also ideal for runs in deep snow. Please note that heat and sweat produced by the foot itself are less able to escape through this material. A rubber overlay has been applied to the toe of the shoe to provide even more protection against moisture. The engineered mesh material consists partly of vegan recycled materials.
Wear sole
The outsole, inspired by gravel tires, has a stud profile that provides excellent grip on unpaved roads, but as described earlier, it will not let you down on paved roads either. Some extra rubber provides extra durability.
