The HOKA Cielo RD is designed for runners who want to get the most out of their training and competitions. In the Cielo RD you can run fast times up to and including the marathon, but also long endurance runs at a higher pace. Designed for peak performance during every race, this competition shoe accelerates you to victory!
The Early stage Meta-Rocker geometry contributes to a quick gait of the feet, as the transition zone is placed behind the metatarsal bones. This ensures a smoother step and a faster transition to the forefoot, which contributes to an explosive feeling. The EVA insole offers a flexible fit and extra support where you need it. A thermoplastic elastomer called PEBA foam, made from polyether block amide, makes up the midsole of this shoe. The PEBA foam has unique properties and a high energy efficiency. Compared to TPU foam, this foam is significantly lighter, offers better energy return and maintains its performance at all temperatures. The mesh upper is not only highly breathable, but also provides a comfortable running experience. While running, the shoe offers good grip and traction thanks to the rubber outsole.
