This new model, Brooks Ghost Max 2 is a reliable neutral all-round running shoe that is perfect for your daily run, from short to long distance. This model has a straighter last than the Brooks Ghost 15, furthermore this Ghost MAX has more shock absorption and is lighter in weight than the Brooks Ghost 15.
Midsole
The Ghost Max 2 has the DNA LOFT v3 foam from Brooks in the midsole. This foam is extremely soft and has an innovative character compared to the previous version. This is because nitrogen has been incorporated into the damping material to optimize responsiveness and damping. The foam features Brooks' DNA technology, which adapts to your running style. As a result, the shoe has a cushioning foam that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe
The upper is made of mesh, with a padded tongue for more comfort and a nice fit.
Good grip with the rubber outsole.
