Boot
The boot is based on a classic figure skate. The high cut boot is made of PU-nubuck leather. The construction gives support, but is flexible enough to provide a smooth and agile ride with the quads.The padding is made of different foam materials and is anatomically shaped around the ankle area providing maximum comfort during each skating session. The design of the Melrose series quad skates is very classy using trendy color combinations.
Plate
The plate is made of cast 6061 aircraft aluminium which makes the plate light, but stiff and responsive and provide a smooth ride. The kingpin and axles are made of steel while the cushions are made of high quality PU for easy turns. The replaceable toe stopper is made of long lasting PU material.
Wheels
The wheels of this roller skate are made of PU-material. The size is 58mmx 32mm and the hardness is 78A – perfect for your outdoor rolling activities.
Bearings
We use sturdy ABEC 5 carbon steel bearings for these quad skates. The balls and raceways are polished for a smooth ride. The cage is made of resistant steel material.
