Below are some frequently asked questions:

Does Skate-dump.com have a physical store?

Yes, Skate-dump.nl is part of Running & Skating Center Koole Sport. A well-known sporting store in the historic heart of Middelburg. More information about our shop can be found via koolesport.nl.

Hours:
Monday-Friday: 11:00 to 17:30
Thursday: 11:00 to 21:00
Saturday: 10:00 to 17:00

Are the products on stock?

Yes, to guarantee a fast delivery we have all items offered in the shop in stock.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping your order to a Dutch address is free! For orders in Europe we ask a contribution of just €4.95, outside Europe this is €19.95.

How do I know what size I need?

In most cases, the size of your shoe matches the skate boot. In other cases we mention the size difference in the description of the product.

What if...

The size of my product is not correct?

If it turns out that the size of your product is not correct, and the desired size no longer available, please ask us for advice by email. We will do our best to advise you a suitable product. The replacement product will be shipped as soon as we receive your product.

The ordered product contains imperfections?

We only supply high quality products. To ensure this, we work with the best brands. Of course there may be mistakes of defects once in a while. When that is the case, our apologies. Please contact us, we will do our best to do to make a you happy customer

The ordered product does not meet your expectations?

There is a legal cooling off period of seven working days to cancel your purchase. An exception applies to products that are specially designed to your liking. Of course, the products should not be used if you decide to return the product.

Law also stipulates that the return shipping costs are at your expense. Unstamped returns are refused. Moreover, damage or loss of the package is at your own risk. Of course a good package limits this risk. If you received the ordered product in its original packaging, the packaging should be complete, undamaged and not described.

Please, do not forget to attach a note with your details and the reason for return.
