Powerbar PowerGel Multiflavour Pack is a 3+1 multipack with Powerbar Powergels in 4 different, fresh flavours! The Powergels are based on Powerbar's C2Max carbohydrate composition. This composition consists of a 2:1 ratio of glucose and fructose. In this ratio, the body is able to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. Extra sodium has also been added to the gels to replenish the minerals lost through sweating!
The powergels contain no fat and no proteins. As a result, the gels are absorbed by the body very quickly. This makes the gels ideal for consumption during exercise.
