MIDSOLE
The Glycerin GTS 21 has Brooks' DNA LOFT v3 foam in the midsole. This foam is extremely soft and has an innovative character compared to the previous version. Nitrogen has been incorporated into the cushioning material to optimize responsiveness and cushioning. The foam has Brooks' DNA technology, where the foam adapts to your running style. This means the shoe has a cushioning foam that ensures a smooth transition from heel to toe. Brooks' well-known GuideRails® only provide support when your running style requires it. In case of overpronation, the technology provides guidance to help the feet move in the correct line and movement. This puts less pressure on the knees, which reduces the risk of injuries.
