The ASICS GT-4000 4 are anti-pronation shoes with firm support. The running shoes are based on a combination of two iconic anti-pronation models, namely the ASICS GT-3000 and the ASICS Gel Foundation. This GEL layer is incorporated in both the rear and forefoot. This provides pleasant cushioning when landing on the heel and pushing off to the forefoot. The midsole contains LITETRUSS technology, which provides support to the midfoot when the body becomes tired.
