The ASICS GT-4000 4 are anti-pronation shoes with firm support. The running shoes are based on a combination of two iconic anti-pronation models, namely the ASICS GT-3000 and the ASICS Gel Foundation. The GT-4000 4 offers a lot of stability and support for runners who overpronate until the last phase of the run or who are somewhat heavier in weight. The mesh upper is designed with a 3D print so that the foot is well enclosed and fewer overlays are used. Compared to its predecessor, the Asics GT4000-3 has better breathability. The OrtoLite X-30 insole provides a soft and comfortable entry feeling. The midsole consists of FLYTEFOAM Propel combined with the well-known Asics GEL technology. This GEL layer is incorporated in both the rear and forefoot. This provides pleasant cushioning when landing on the heel and pushing off to the forefoot. The midsole contains LITETRUSS technology, which provides support to the midfoot when the body becomes tired.
