Brooks Defyance, which stands for defiance and challenge, has a broad front and center on foot and is often recommended for heavier neutral runners. This does not mean that lighter runners can't use them. The flexible fit makes this shoe for a large number of neutral runners are very suitable.
The Brooks Defyance is a durable shoe with good cushioning and a solid appearance. The shoe is equipped with so-called Omega flex grooves.; these are small grooves in the outsole enhance flexibility when walking.
Brooks shoes containing gel: Brooks DNA. This shock absorbing gel (a non-Newtonian fluid) adapts to the force that is applied. The 'tailored' damping responds as if the specific weight, pace and movement of the runner and the environment (the ground).
